As Founder and CEO of JNL Talent Solutions LLC, she helps organizations find and develop physician leaders who will improve the healthcare landscape by building healthy communities and strong organizations. Her unique background and extensive experience of being a physician and a healthcare leader in hospital administration, public health, and the health insurance industry puts her in a position as an industry expert in talent acquisition, leadership development, and executive coaching.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Herbert earned her undergraduate degree from Stonybrook University, her Doctor of Medicine degree from Upstate Medical Center, completed her residency at Mountainside Hospital, NJ, and completed her certification in Personal and Executive Coach from the CaPP Institute.
As a DE&I coach and consultant, she helps organizations create a strategy of identifying opportunities to develop a culture of inclusion, begin to create equitable systems and retain high-performing leaders from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
