I'm a Certified Executive Coach for healthcare professionals and your program instructor.
After my first leadership role as a Medical Director charged with managing six health centers, I practiced medicine for 20 years before suffering from burnout.
To overcome this, I transitioned to a nonclinical position where I could use my leadership skills and years of experience as a physician to bring about change and thrive again. For the next 10 years, I worked in healthcare leadership. I quickly realized that, as physicians, we did not receive the training and support necessary to transition into the nonclinical world successfully.
Now, successfully on the other side, as a physician and certified executive leadership coach, I provide training and support for healthcare professionals who want to feel confident in their ability to lead and be the respected voice in healthcare.
